Tomato and goat's cheese crumble

Ingredients
For the crumble

50g Gavottes® crêpes filled with goat's cheese & rosemary

60g plain flour

60g semi-salted butter
- 300g cherry tomatoes (yellow, red, orange)
- 100g goat's cheese
- 5cl olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Ground pepper
- Salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
For the crumble mix :
- Crumble the crêpes filled with goat's cheese & rosemary
- Put the flour, the crumbled crêpes and the butter in a bowl, mix using fingertips.
For the stuffing:
- Wash, dry and cut the cherry tomatoes in two.
- Season with salt and pepper; add the olive oil and the crushed garlic.
- Leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Place the cherry tomatoes in ramekins, the crumbled goat’s cheese and put the crumble mix on top.
- Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.Enjoy !
